@paul_zoell68952 😂 I guess the people in Indianapolis would react the same way, here!

@LibbyWorking It's comical when I talk about corn to people here in texas. Most people here only know about deer corn the cost 9 or 10 dollars for a 50 lb bag. When I tell him I paid $250 a bag for seed corn they want to fall over.

@RepKamlagerDove Given the election results in 2024, I’d say your opinion is in the minority.

Trump and Stephen Miller want half a million people who are here legally to leave the U.S. in order apply for a green card. This would rip apart families and sink our economy even further.
This was never about immigrants coming here "the right way." We must fight this.

The Trump administration issued a sweeping policy directive requiring most temporary visa holders and humanitarian parolees living in the U.S. to return to their home countries to apply for and complete their green card applications. abcnews.link/zXurgOC

@Trevor4indiana @LCRP1776 @Niemeyer_Randy @mrsjessmess @StephenAichner Understandable you missed it- those things are important!

@paul_zoell68952 Exactly! Plus seed & fertilizer costs.
Enjoy your day as well!

It's tough all the way across the board unless you're big scale. When people ask how big my Farm is I give them this answer and all farmers know. I have plenty of tillable farmland but not enough to afford the equipment to farm it.
Nonetheless no one is better rooted than people whose hands actually touched the soil. I think if the kids in the inner city were ever farmers for a year. They would have a different appreciation for life. I hope you have a blessed day and an excellent Year my friend.

@paul_zoell68952 We are grain farmers, too. When my dad died in ‘08, he split the farm 3 ways for us kids. Hard to make a living on that. I am a retired teacher & my husband has a seasonal drive in restaurant to help.
English

@LibbyWorking I get it. I have a small grain farm i in north central Missouri. It's too small to make a living on. My nephew farms it for me. He farms large scale. All of our big farms are being broken up into small acreage tracks 20 to 40 acres sold off to folks for second homes.
English

@paul_zoell68952 My husband and I do. Generational farm. Small farmers are hard to find anymore; they get bought out.
English

@paul_zoell68952 I haven’t yet. But we’re on the lookout while planting.

@LibbyWorking Good morning Libby! ♥️ Looks like it's a beautiful day there. I love seeing the deer in the picture. The deer here are starting to drop their fawns. Are you seeing any of the little guys there?
English

@SovereignMindsX Yes! I sure wish we could ramp up these deportations. Americans won’t have anything left to leave our children & grandchildren.
English

@JohnMorgan64 Good morning from Indiana! We are finally getting some dry weather to finish planting.

"I do not know why these individuals attacked or what they wanted to accomplish..." seriously? You encourage this behavior! There were no "peaceful protestors" because anyone who remained when this started was complicit.
"We simply cannot let ICE surge into our community"... if your community would follow the law and detain ILLEGALs, this would not be happening. This is ALL on you!
English

Last night, masked individuals at Delaney Hall attacked the barrier in the protected protest area and began aggressive and dangerous actions against Newark and New Jersey State Police, including throwing projectiles, utilizing the barriers as weapons, and lighting tires on fire in the street. These actions put both peaceful protestors and law enforcement in danger. The police were not in protective gear; they had been on location since early in the morning ensuring protestors and counter protestors had areas to exercise their rights safely. As these dangerous actions took place, additional support was needed to protect civilians and law enforcement.
My number one priority will always be public safety, and I remain dedicated to protecting constitutional rights. We simply cannot let ICE surge into our community.
I do not know why these individuals attacked or what they wanted to accomplish, but I refuse to let these dangerous actions detract from New Jersey’s dedication to ensuring public safety, keeping people safe from ICE, and that the people detained inside Delaney Hall are treated with dignity.
While NJSP and Newark PD continue to keep the area secure, I once again urge everyone who shares these goals to work together to bring the temperature down. We must focus on advocating for better conditions for the detainees, for their families, and ultimately, for the closure of Delaney Hall, as well as to protect the many peaceful protestors who continue to make this their mission.
