Thanks to @LVUSD Maintenance team, Julie Pescetto and @KK_lvusd for ordering 2,200 n95 masks for the Woolsey Fire and then pulling them out for our local medical personnel. We delivered 1,100 masks to West Hills and Kaiser Hospital. They need more! @WHHospital @KPSCALnews

Everyday at 3:00 @LVUSD offers Staff Wellness 20 minute classes to make sure we remain healthy and balanced during this period. Yesterday was "Mindful Breathing" with Natasha Capretta from @AHS_Chargers and today "Art Journaling with @ArmfieldGina from @MariposaSchool. Awesome!

This pandemic has already revealed that: - schools are so much more than just schools. - many people now realize how tough it is to be a teacher and that teachers are grossly underpaid. - teachers are irreplaceable and essential to learning and education. #homeschooling
