@UHCL_SLIS we studied the writings of @pacylin and her message of how important it is for students to be represented in the books they read. It was truly moving to hear her speak @TXLA Teacher Day. I wish more people could truly hear what she's saying.

@AngletonJH is celebrating #NationalPoetryMonth by creating our own blackout poems. Mrs. Bahr's class did an amazing job today!

These sweet notes and cards really made my day! I'd say my first Librarian Appreciation day was a success. I love my job!

What a DAY! I'm so thankful that @AISD_EdFound decided to fund our WISE grant. Encouraging and allowing young girls to see themselves in science through literature, mentors, and hands-on activities will be our focus. So excited!! @AngletonJH @AngletonISD
