@hlfway2anywhere Hi, if you like to have control over your surrounding and more volume, we do suggest the manual ANC level 0dB. There you have the same surrounding as with the ambient mode but also normal volume. Please try this.

@Libratone Just got your Zipp and I love it. How do I remove stations from favorites? Doesn’t seem supported in the app on IOS.

@matzeErl Hi Matze, You still find the double/triple tap function with the V124. Please try with a fresh login to the Libratone App and a factory reset for the Air+ under settings in the Libratone App. Otherwise please write to support@libratone.com. Thanks

@Libratone Hallo, ich habe vorkurzem meine Track Air+ auf die Version 124 geupdated. Allerdings gibt es seitdem des öfteren kleine Ton-Aussetzer auf der rechten Seite. Was kann ich tun?
