Drama students in Year 9 have today been at London's Globe Theatre collecting the Poetry by Heart Special Award for their performance of 'Mother It's Already Winter' in Ukrainian and British Sign Language, a great hit with the professional poet judges. #poetrybyheart

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Yarr MBE as Music Fellow from Sep 2023. Richard will work with the music department’s academic & performance staff to profile the breadth of their work, deliver new initiatives & create landmark events of national interest.

As part of the commemorations for Holocaust Memorial Day, senior LCS students heard the testimony of Auschwitz survivor, Mindu Hornick MBE. Dr Hornick’s account was harrowing, but her courage in the face of unimaginable adversity was profoundly inspirational.
