Hey @Grubhub_Care I just dm’d you but I want to put it out here, too, about the worst experience ever. I ordered dinner at 6. Was supposed to arrive around 6:30. Didn’t get it until 7:30. Food was cold. Some of it missing. Spent an hour with chatbots who were not helpful.
