I’ve officially been in the hospital for 38 days. It hurts my head to try to process that fact.

Today marks 1 full month in the hospital. 1 month of not eating. 2 ICU admissions. A 13 hour surgery. 3 drains put inside me. But I’m still here kicking ass and not letting cancer get the best of me!

Has there ever been a medical TV show that featured a CF patient accurately? I’m watching New Amsterdam and I was surprised to see they had a CF patient, but cringe when they basically say this girls breathing issues are from not taking her enzymes. 🙄

Blood transfusions tomorrow. Pre-Op with anesthesiologist Friday. Hospital admission Monday. Major surgery on Tuesday. My life is just one big medical procedure/appointment after another.

Losing 10lbs a week before major surgery is not ideal 😅

One of my tumors is now the size of a grapefruit. No wonder I’m in so much frickin pain. Mondays appointment with the surgeon can’t come soon enough.

Christmas decorations are officially coming down in the seay household. I’ve always been an early to put up & late to take down kinda gal, but this season has been too hard on the soul and I’m ready to move on
