Dr. Jacentha Buggs educated the public about organ donation at the African American Health Forum sponsored by the Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg. LifeLink of Florida is honored to participate in events that uplift and educate communities in Tampa Bay.

We celebrated in true "Camp Legacy" style this year! There’s nothing we love more than getting the team together to honor the life-saving mission of organ and tissue donation. Between the staff bonding and the (slightly competitive) educational games, it was a month to remember.

Seeing Linda’s name on the Tree of Life is a joyful moment of recognition for a life that continues to inspire. Through her selfless decision to be an organ donor, Linda now lives on in three other people, proving that the impact of one individual truly is limitless.

We recently got the whole LifeLink of Florida team together for a special National Donate Life Month event, handwriting personal letters to our donor families for the upcoming Tree of Life ceremony.
