I just want a single ticket to see jalen ngonda tomorrow, why are they all in pairs on twickets, had to make a ridiculous offer on a pair in hope they could then split, but they don't offer a split facility on @Twickets I just want to see him. He's too amazing and I'm so late

Last week I completed a 10k, sub one hour. I ran the first 5k in 29m30 which was another PB. Then today I smashed my Park Run PB by 70secs...I CANNOT believe it. 28M42 chuffed!!

Yesterday I ran nearly 15k. 3.5 solo, then 10.4 with my group. Furthest distance I've ever ran in a day. The pace of my solo run was quicker ever pace too. I'm so bloody proud 👏

I don't find running easy. At school I was always the overweight kid who got laughed at! But now I'm doing 5k cos I want to. This morning I ran a respectable 32mins something, that's shaved off a few mins since my last. I'm proud of myself.

@DJFozzz I've been active with my rpm and walking but adding the running I feel totally different. Well done for doing it now, least you started and stuck to it. Not easy x

I've been embracing my time off I've holidayed, and mooched...but I've also exercised by going to rpm, walked, and running. This week three days in a row. Definitely getting better. So bloody proud of the running. Not quick but consistent!

@clumsyoaf33 Mowgli in Bury is lush, tbh, I'd go on trip advisor and have a look, peasporridge always rated top notch but I've not been. There's some great independents there.

Does anyone know of any nice restaurants in Bury St Edmund’s (town centre area) I don’t want to drive as it will be my birthday and we are staying there I love all types of food Not ridiculously expensive thanks ❤️
