Hope you enjoyed your weekend. Weather did me a favor. Saturday was extremely hot. Sunday was cloudy, rainy, and cool. It was mostly staying around the house and it's what I needed. By Sunday afternoon, I felt like I got some energy back. Last night I got decent sleep too. We watched a lot of movies. We also skipped watching news both cable and local as we got lost in entertainment. Today you may notice a few less posts than normal. That may be the ticket. As much as I appreciate the responses, this page is also draining for me. Anyway, we'll see how it goes. I have a number of things on my mind and I'm just lightening the load. I know you understand. Have a great week ahead!

The weather grows more bipolar by the day. Yesterday we were in the mid 90s...Today it's rainy, cloudy and cool.

@RitterMitHerz Happy for you. I suffer from fluctuating blood pressure. When I'm feeling fine my blood pressure is too. I have no idea what happened that day. I felt like screaming too. Hopefully that will be a rare incident

@LifeWithJohn I also had anxiety attacks. It felt like my heart would sometimes stop. My blood pressure was occasionally over 200. The doctor couldn't explain it and found no cause. The anxiety attacks stopped on their own without medication after a few weeks and the blood pressure normalized.

I had an anxiety attack at the supermarket checkout yesterday. No it wasn't about prices. I just got exhausted and felt like I wanted to run out of there..it was like the walls were closing in. People all over.Hopefully it's not another phobia! This never happened to me before.
