Extremely poor experience at Marks & Spencer, DLF Mall Noida. Counters shut at 9 PM while customers waited—staff asked us to go to another floor if in a hurry. No accountability, no manager access, and abstract behavior. Is customer service optional now? @marksandspencer

@LifeatMandS Hello again!That is a bit of the silly request asking me if I have the packaging after nearly a month since I bought it , is not something I tend to do when I buy a sandwich I dispose the packaging in the bin! Also I can’t reply to you privately as I’m not premium! You try msg me

@LifeatMandS Hello Sophie! It’s the second time that I buy sandwiches from 2 different m&s stores and I must say the experience has been de same , dry bread , hardly any meat and flavourless. The sandwich you can see in the pic speaks for itself . It has pout me off from buying them again

@LifeatMandS I can’t message you because I’m not verified! 🤷‍♂️. Why do you need to see the products I bought? You can go into any M&S food store and pick up a packet of rice or potatoes. I don’t have the packaging anymore. I threw it away when I transferred the items to another container.

@LifeatMandS who is responsible for approving the packaging film for your products? The plastic film used has no tear resistance whatsoever. As soon as it is cut or pulled to open it, it splits and spreads rice, potatoes etc everywhere. Hopeless!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Very inclusive @marksandspencer My 19 year old son applied for 12 Xmas roles however based on a computer algorithm he apparently does not warrant a chance at a job. And to top it off cannot reapply for 6 months. @louie_french no wonder unemployment is so high.
