For months now, many @aedcelectricity Band A customers have struggled to get even 12 hours of electricity daily, yet we continue paying premium tariffs meant for a minimum 20-hour supply. By NERC’s own regulations, feeders that fail to meet the required supply for 7 consecutive days are supposed to be downgraded and customers compensated. Instead, silence. No enforcement. No accountability. No response to customers anymore. At this point, the Nigerian Bar Association @NigBarAssoc or public interest lawyers seriously need to challenge this impunity legally. @NERCNG is completely non-existent.

@lifeofdanel I broadly agree. As long as the industry players are transparent about their pricing, NERC improves their game and we have a road map to tariffs comparable to China and similar countries.
