There’s a specific muscle mass threshold where the world starts treating you differently… (lbs. of lean mass) Below 140: invisible 140-155: tolerated 155-170: respected 170+: deferred to Men don’t consciously register it; But other peoples nervous systems do… You don’t need to be a bodybuilder; You just need to cross the threshold where your frame signals you’re not prey… Money or status can’t make up for the fact that you’re getting objectively looked over based on your physique. Cold hard fact. Fastest way to increase lean mass? 1. 3-4 intense lifting sessions per week, focused on progressive overload in compound lifts (the faster you progress strength, the faster you gain lean mass) 2. 0.82 grams of protein per pound of body weight (any more digestion worsens, staying lean is harder) 3. Minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night (ideally 1.5 hours both REM and deep sleep) 4. Creatine intake 5+ grams daily if you historically have a hard time adding lean mass Your lean mass absolutely has to be over 150-160… Most men spend years in the 130s because they train like cardio bunnies and eat like birds (calorie deficits in low to mid 2000’s).
