I have a distinct feeling that with 5V5 at launch, we’d be talking about how Highguard had managed to come out and immediately impress. Which sucks, because the game was not bad.

Regarding the play tests, I wonder if the game would’ve benefited from a public play test or two? Or even a larger NDA play test with a wider audience base? I feel like the team size feedback might’ve come up earlier and have been addressed before launch in that case.

Josh brings up another great point here about the definition of indie. There’s two schools of thought: One says it’s based on if you have a formal publisher and the other says it’s based on how much money you have.
