Doctor told me today I have sleep apnea. Oxygen goes down to as low as 84 when I’m sleeping throughout the night 😳 Ordered the machine… Thought I was sleeping good before but if there is room for improvement, I’m all for it. Can’t wait to test this thing out. Anything I need to know about it before hand? What has your experience in it been so far?

Jiri Prochazka fought exactly as he always does & Carlos Ulberg KO him. It’s unbelievable how some people act as if there was a magical moment when he could have easily TKOed Ulberg. Jiri was clip farming a KO, but it backfired. He pointed to the center against an opponent with no ACL and when he got pressed, he ran backwards.
