Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend, which means less daylight, longer nights, and a rise in Seasonal Affective Disorder. It’s long past time we LOCK THE CLOCK.

Most people think nnEMFs exist only near power lines or wireless devices Solar panels create nnEMFs that travel further However, it's not the panels themselves, The problem comes from the electronics, especially the Inverters & monitoring system nnEMFs from Solar Panels 🧵

I’m thrilled to share that the owner of a yogurt company, after testing her product with @Progenabiome, discovered it lacked Bifidobacteria (Bif). She’s since fixed the issue, and her updated yogurt now includes Bif while being dairy-free. I’ll reveal the brand name once she’s set for large-scale production. I champion small businesses that prioritize quality and insist on it for their customers. After all, superior product quality preserves the Bif.

Ultraviolet (UVB) and blue light had opposite pressures in human evolution. - UVB stimulates melanogenesis. It activates melanocyte opsins and tyrosinase, driving production of eumelanin. This increased pigmentation protected nuclear DNA while still permitting photolysis of 7-dehydrocholesterol to vitamin D. Darker skin near the equator was a direct adaptation to chronic UV exposure. - Blue light produces oxidative stress. Photons in the 400-500 nm range penetrate epidermis, excite chromophores, and generate ROS. These oxidize melanin polymers, producing quinones and photodegradation fragments. Under natural solar conditions, blue was always accompanied by UV, so degradation was balanced by UV-driven melanogenesis. Modern environments remove this balance. Glass and LED lighting filter UV but transmit or emit blue wavelengths. The constructive (UVB-driven synthesis) pathway is absent, while the destructive (blue-driven oxidation) pathway remains. Result: 1. Melanin is consumed in neutralizing ROS and degraded into reactive byproducts. 2. With no UVB to stimulate replenishment, pigment stores decline. 3. Acute vascular constriction and circadian disruption from blue light further reduce visible skin coloration. Conclusion: Evolution shaped human skin under UV-rich conditions, where melanin synthesis matched melanin degradation. Modern blue-heavy, UV-poor light environments remove the building signal and preserve the breaking signal, leading to net pigment loss and a pale phenotype.

Eating out of region/season accelerates aging. Your food isn’t just fuel, it’s a timestamp where photons code rhythm into electrons. Glucose born under tropical UV carries fast, high-spin charge. Fats grown in cold, IR dominant fields yield slower, lower-spin electrons. The inner mitochondrial junction (IMJ) is not just a surface, it is a chronometer. Its bends shift like gears with the sky. In summer, UV and heat stretch the folds wide, releasing protons quickly so fast glucose electrons arrive in phase. In winter, infrared and cold coil the bends tight, holding protons longer until slower fat electrons meet them clean. The IMJ is a gearbox for time, and ATP is not the product of flow but of timing. Not energy. Time. When you eat summer coded glucose in a winter field, electrons strike too early. Protons are still queued, so the gears slips leaving the respiratory chain misfiring, oxygen intercepts charge prematurely, and reactive oxygen species detonate like sparks in a broken engine. Proton pressure builds, the matrix swells as membrane potential drops, where coherence then shatters. What should have been sharp pulses of repair dissolve into static. This is inflammation at its root not chemical noise, but rightfully quantum time collapse. Every mismatch accelerates the clock, compressing years into moments. Your mitochondria still read the sky even if supermarkets erased geography. Eat in season and match the light or grind the gears of time itself. Not energy. Time.
