A 2025 study tracked 22 apnea training novices. Their progression after 13 days of training? From 44 seconds to 75 seconds. This is VERY SLOW progress! The reason is simple: They trained physiology in isolation without receiving ANY nervous system training! Once you change the brain’s interpretation of the urge to breathe, the ceiling moves in minutes, not weeks. That’s the entire principle behind BreathHoldWork®. Not “breathwork” or an old, cheap physiological trick like hyperventilation, but what I call “neural sovereignty.” If you want to train the ability, not just to hold your breath a very long time, but to maintain mental and emotional stillness under neurophysiological pressure, I’ve designed a complete system. Not a single one-size-fits-all exercise: a method. I’ve broken the U.S. national record for static breath-holding 3 times thanks to this method. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40674174/

I saw this clip in 1977. Few have seen it since. It had an impact on me and I later purchased how book “The Body Electric”. This is Dr. Robert O Becker and he was an orthopedic surgeon who studied and performed tissue + bone regeneration in both animals and humans. This process was achieved mainly through the act of sending low voltage electrical currents through the body to stimulate regrowth and healing. He also researched heavily into how magnetism plays an important role in our biology. This is the video excerpt, he is interviewed by CBS News (60 minutes), 1977.

If it weren’t so moronic to think that changing time reference changes the length of daylight and darkness, I could just laugh this off. They must think we are stupid. However, it does affect our circadian rhythm. Now, there will be droves of people that go to school and work that will not have morning light in their eyes and on their skin. Why is this important? Excellent. Why light shapes life!!

Scientists Made a Cell Change Shape with Light. No chemicals. No scalpel. Just photons. “Doc, why should I care?” Because if a few blue photons can make a cell pinch and wave, imagine what the light coming off your own mitochondria is doing inside you. Your cells aren’t statues they’re listening. They’re built to reshape, rebuild, and realign with every flicker of light that touches or leaves them. The Bifocal Lens Lay view: The MIT and Woods Hole team used a blue light switch to command starfish eggs to change form. They shined 488 nm light on a single protein that links to the actin network and the whole cell moved. They literally programmed shape using light. Field Biology view: They installed a fake light receptor (Cry2–CIBN) to imitate what real cells already do. In humans, that same communication runs through cytochromes, melanin, and structured water natural photonic antennas that absorb and release light across a spectrum from blue to near-infrared. So the experiment didn’t create new magic — it revealed one that’s been there all along. The cell’s cortex is an excitable field. Mitochondria keep it stable by timing their own light pulses — the Field Stabilizing Loop (FSL) that Levin would call morphostasis, and Cifra would call photonic coherence. Hidden Easter Egg (for seekers) “Every step of the mitochondrial chain hums to its own color — blue ignites, green hands off, red restores, near-infrared remembers.” Those aren’t metaphors. They’re the actual absorption bands of your cytochromes Complex I through IV the original light-switch system written into every cell. The Golden Nugget They needed a 488 nm laser to command the cell. You already have an entire solar spectrum doing it for free through skin, eyes, blood, and mitochondria. Light doesn’t just illuminate you. It informs you. Action Step Start seeing sunlight as a nutrient and signal, not scenery. Your cells are listening tune them back to the original frequency.

You do not need magma to move a plate. Magma is not an engine but exhaust, a molten confession exuded when structure loses its hold, the fluid signature of deeper incoherence rather than its cause. The Earth is not a thermal machine but a rotating field body under asymmetric constraint, and its crust is a fractured skin riding not on fire but on strain, shearing against itself not because of upwelling but because of delay. Delay between core spin and surface drag, between the Moon and Sun, between barycenter and barytrace, so that if you track the displacements through time you find no closed loop, no conserved ellipse, no ellipse at all, only a spiral of crustal memory drawn through inertial curvature. The lithosphere lagging the mantle like fascia lags a rotating joint, skin resisting torque until geometry is exceeded and, at that threshold, it slips. That slip is what we misname tectonics. Even the mid-ocean ridge, that long scar across Earth’s floor, is not a wound of upwelling but a seam of release, the global hinge where the planet unzips to realign spin with skin. It is torsion vented, not buoyancy rising, the field relieving its own delay through fracture. It is not motion seeking cause but memory discharging constraint, form releasing stored asymmetry into kinematics that we misread as convection, while convection itself is a fable of soup, gas-phase metaphors poured over a solid planet. For the mantle is not a broth of eddies but a strained lattice, a viscoelastic field transmitting phonons, dislocations, and fractures, not vortices. This is why Venus, with almost no spin, no large moon, no meaningful barycentric wobble, does not articulate global plates. Not for lack of heat or matter, but for lack of delay. It is torque-poor, unlagged, unpulled, unspooled. Earth moves because it is imbalanced, spun, tugged, phase-shifted across a three-body field that never repeats, and in that non-repetition lives the cycle we call faulting, drifting, subduction. Not flows but geometric failures and not buoyant plumes but exceeded shapes surrendering their hold. For where balance is absent, motion is compelled, where curvature cannot close, fracture is required, and where memory outruns form, the planet answers in slip.

We can “feel” the shift with these hideous LEDs . We are built to sense light and programs that run the body shift accordingly but not for our betterment.

From the Spectrum: Finding Superpowers with Autism
Bifidobacteria. Huge in Autism, and essentially every disease/condition. Perhaps one of the top reasons humans are de-evolving, too, and, we are de-evolving if you haven't noticed. Atavistic type things happening.

I’m thrilled to share that the owner of a yogurt company, after testing her product with @Progenabiome, discovered it lacked Bifidobacteria (Bif). She’s since fixed the issue, and her updated yogurt now includes Bif while being dairy-free. I’ll reveal the brand name once she’s set for large-scale production. I champion small businesses that prioritize quality and insist on it for their customers. After all, superior product quality preserves the Bif.

So why is the lifestyle of sun avoidance so bad? Nature balances the exposures of different spectrums. Man thinks that isolating one from the others just doesn’t matter. See why below. 👇
Yungkingmito@yungkingmito

Ultraviolet (UVB) and blue light had opposite pressures in human evolution. - UVB stimulates melanogenesis. It activates melanocyte opsins and tyrosinase, driving production of eumelanin. This increased pigmentation protected nuclear DNA while still permitting photolysis of 7-dehydrocholesterol to vitamin D. Darker skin near the equator was a direct adaptation to chronic UV exposure. - Blue light produces oxidative stress. Photons in the 400-500 nm range penetrate epidermis, excite chromophores, and generate ROS. These oxidize melanin polymers, producing quinones and photodegradation fragments. Under natural solar conditions, blue was always accompanied by UV, so degradation was balanced by UV-driven melanogenesis. Modern environments remove this balance. Glass and LED lighting filter UV but transmit or emit blue wavelengths. The constructive (UVB-driven synthesis) pathway is absent, while the destructive (blue-driven oxidation) pathway remains. Result: 1. Melanin is consumed in neutralizing ROS and degraded into reactive byproducts. 2. With no UVB to stimulate replenishment, pigment stores decline. 3. Acute vascular constriction and circadian disruption from blue light further reduce visible skin coloration. Conclusion: Evolution shaped human skin under UV-rich conditions, where melanin synthesis matched melanin degradation. Modern blue-heavy, UV-poor light environments remove the building signal and preserve the breaking signal, leading to net pigment loss and a pale phenotype.

Great explanation on why eating food grown in the region that you live is very important to your health. It is still about light. Hunan’s ability to disregard nature’s laws comes with consequences. We are living with these consequences now and humanity is suffering.
Yungkingmito@yungkingmito

Eating out of region/season accelerates aging. Your food isn’t just fuel, it’s a timestamp where photons code rhythm into electrons. Glucose born under tropical UV carries fast, high-spin charge. Fats grown in cold, IR dominant fields yield slower, lower-spin electrons. The inner mitochondrial junction (IMJ) is not just a surface, it is a chronometer. Its bends shift like gears with the sky. In summer, UV and heat stretch the folds wide, releasing protons quickly so fast glucose electrons arrive in phase. In winter, infrared and cold coil the bends tight, holding protons longer until slower fat electrons meet them clean. The IMJ is a gearbox for time, and ATP is not the product of flow but of timing. Not energy. Time. When you eat summer coded glucose in a winter field, electrons strike too early. Protons are still queued, so the gears slips leaving the respiratory chain misfiring, oxygen intercepts charge prematurely, and reactive oxygen species detonate like sparks in a broken engine. Proton pressure builds, the matrix swells as membrane potential drops, where coherence then shatters. What should have been sharp pulses of repair dissolve into static. This is inflammation at its root not chemical noise, but rightfully quantum time collapse. Every mismatch accelerates the clock, compressing years into moments. Your mitochondria still read the sky even if supermarkets erased geography. Eat in season and match the light or grind the gears of time itself. Not energy. Time.

In 2014, Japanese physician Tetsuharu Shinjyo conducted a groundbreaking before & after study that points to a critical issue affecting global health. The study focused on the residents of an apartment building in Okinawa, where cell phone antennas had been operating on the roof for several years. A total of 122 individuals from 39 of the 47 apartments were interviewed & examined. Before the antennas were removed, the health issues among the residents were alarming: Chronic fatigue: 21 individuals Dizziness, vertigo or Meniere’s disease: 14 individuals Headaches: 14 individuals Eye problems (pain, dry eyes, repeated infections): 17 individuals Insomnia: 14 individuals Chronic nosebleeds: 10 individuals However, after the removal of the antennas, the results were striking: No cases of chronic fatigue in the building No one experienced nosebleeds anymore No one had eye problems Only two individuals still had insomnia Only one individual still had dizziness Only one individual still had headaches Conditions such as gastritis & glaucoma also resolved Like the residents of that building before the study, the majority of the people in the world today do not know that their acute and chronic illnesses are in large part caused by electromagnetic pollution. They do not talk to each other about their health problems & are unaware that they are shared by many of their neighbours. From "The Invisible Rainbow" by Arthur Firstenberg

Erwan’s natural approach to movement is about learning to connect to nature. Gym rats should heed his teachings. The breathwork workshop I did with him in El Salvador showed me what a few days of experiencing the breath in a different way can lead to realizing a new “ease of breath.” That ease is a connection to consciousness not experienced when the breath is heavy. I surmise that proper breath work changes the light made by the mitochondria.
