As often as possible, try to avoid the thoughts as little as possible. Treat it like a meditation of sorts, let the mind babble as you say and really focus on that train of thought all the way to its natural end. Eventually it will get quieter and quieter until it’s totally silent.

Recent events suggest it could be much longer. According to Defense Express, Iran can potentially reach nearly all of Europe — with Portugal as the only exception.
