📢 LCAI Testnet Upgrade — Today Today we're deploying the latest LCAI Testnet upgrade, a major milestone toward a fully decentralized protocol. This release removes the dispatcher from the assignment path and introduces on-chain, stake- and reputation-weighted worker selection (sortition), while improving protocol performance, reliability, and the overall developer experience. ✨ Highlights • Decentralized on-chain worker assignment (sortition) • Permissionless worker self-service architecture • Reputation-weighted worker selection • Improved session lifecycle & gasless consumer flows • Infrastructure and performance improvements 🔜 What's Next? 🚨 New Governance Proposal is Live A proposal has been published to authorize an additional $35,000 per side of market-making liquidity for LCAI, building toward Echo Trade's recommended $50,000 per side depth. The proposal — "Authorize Additional LCAI Liquidity Provisioning for Market Making" — would authorize the DUNA's legal counsel to transfer up to 28,000,000 LCAI from the Treasury, bridge and convert a portion to USDT for buy-side liquidity and hold the remainder as LCAI for sell-side liquidity. 🧠 Why it matters: Echo Trade's recommended depth for an orderly market is $50,000 per side. This proposal supplies the remaining $35,000 per side needed to reach that benchmark, building on the $15,000 per side already deployed under Proposal #135742. The dollar target governs the amount actually deployed — the 28,000,000 LCAI figure is a hard cap, with any unused LCAI returned to the Treasury. The proposal — "Adopt the Level Markets Limited License Agreement and Ratify the $20,000 BitMart Payment" — would adopt the executed agreement with Level Markets Limited, ratify Quantum Counsel LLC's execution of the agreement as Administrator of the LCAI DUNA, confirm the previously completed $20,000 USDT payment, and ratify the use of Treasury LCAI previously authorized under Proposal #135742 to fund that payment. 🧠 Why it matters: While Proposal #135742 authorized Treasury LCAI for exchange liquidity and market-making purposes, it did not authorize the underlying software license agreement or the initial subscription payment. 🚀 We've open-sourced the Lightchain DEX frontend. The interface behind LCAI Swap is now publicly available under the MIT license. The full source—including swap logic, liquidity management, and wallet integration—is on GitHub for anyone to review, audit, or build upon. It's a non-custodial frontend for a Uniswap V2–style AMM on the Lightchain AI network. The app communicates directly with the on-chain router, factory, and pair contracts. Transactions are constructed client-side and signed by your own wallet, with no backend in the trade path. What's included: • 🔄 Token swaps and full liquidity management (add, remove, and view positions) • ✍️ EIP-2612 permit signatures for gasless liquidity removal approvals • 👛 Wallet connectivity via Reown AppKit (WalletConnect) • ⚙️ Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and wagmi/viem The README covers configuration and self-hosting, including how to deploy the underlying Uniswap V2 contracts to run an independent instance. That lead time gives BitMart's team room to run promotional campaigns ahead of the launch, which we expect will help drive visibility and volume from day one. On the operational side, we want to be transparent about where things stand with our market maker. We are currently completing the final stages of their KYB process. As expected, onboarding a novel DUNA structure requires additional review compared to a traditional corporate entity, but progress has been steady throughout. At this time, we do not expect the process to impact the July 8 listing date. Now that the listing agreement has been executed and the listing fee has been paid, we are confident we can meet the July 8 deadline. 🚀Testnet Chat Inference Upgrade We have deployed a major update to the testnet chat, introducing a new credit-based system designed to make the experience faster and more seamless. What's new? - No more wallet confirmations for every prompt - Top up your native LCAI balance with any amount you want - Withdraw your remaining balance at any time - Workers are paid automatically from your interactions without requiring transaction approval for every request - Every transaction remains fully recorded on-chain for complete transparency The system has also successfully passed the CertiK audit. chat.testnet.lightchain.ai Additional updates The native chain DAO is now live at dao.lightchain.ai, eliminating the need for wrapping and unwrapping tokens when participating in governance. All Blockaid warnings have been fully resolved. What's next? Our immediate focus is gathering feedback and testing the upgraded chat system on testnet before proceeding with mainnet deployment. In parallel, development of the Developer API is progressing rapidly. This will open the door for builders to access and integrate AI models far beyond the chat interface, with a much simpler and more efficient experience. 📢 On behalf of Quantum Counsel LLC, acting as Administrator and Ministerial Agent of the LCAI DUNA: Community update on exchange onboarding. Over the past two days, two authorized conversions were carried out in connection with the approved BitMart exchange listing. In each case, LCAI was disbursed from the treasury pursuant to governance authorization and converted pursuant to governance authorization. Yesterday's conversion — $25,000 in LCAI — funded the remaining balance of the BitMart listing fee. Today's conversion — $15,000 in LCAI — funded initial exchange liquidity. The disbursement, the conversions, the listing fee, and the liquidity allocation were each authorized by passed on-chain proposals. ✅ We have also been informed that BitMart's integration of native LCAI has been completed, representing another important milestone in the onboarding process. The market-making arrangement is in its final stages, and substantial progress has been made toward finalizing the remaining commercial terms. We will provide a further update once the arrangement has been finalized. ⚡

📢 Lightchain Development Update 🗳️ The native DAO is expected to go live next week which marks a major milestone for the ecosystem. Following the native DAO deployment, the next major milestone is account abstraction support (EIP-7702). This upgrade will enable smart account functionality, remove the need for confirmations on every inference in AI Chat 🤖, and make it easier to integrate inference directly into dApps through APIs and SDKs. 🛠️ The team is also continuing work toward making the network fully decentralized throughout the ecosystem with several ideas in mind🌐 Additional network optimizations are continuing to be researched, including the potential to reduce block times from approximately 6 seconds to 2–3 seconds, which would improve response times across the network. ⚡ The core team also plans to share several of its own ideas in the coming weeks.
