📢 Lightchain AI Update The Wyoming DUNA for Lightchain AI has officially been filed. We are currently awaiting receipt of the official confirmation documents by mail from the State of Wyoming. The law firm handling the filing has agreed to serve as the administrative agent of the DUNA. 🔒Liquidity Relocked for 90 Days — DAO Decision Following the clear and obvious outcome of the DAO vote, the Lightchain administration has officially relocked the LCAI liquidity pool for an additional 90 days. The community’s position was decisive: maintain stability while governance discussions continue. This relock ensures: • Continued market stability • Protection against premature liquidity changes • Structured governance over liquidity direction • Alignment with long-term ecosystem development As always, liquidity direction remains subject to DAO authority. If a future proposal is introduced and passed establishing a new LP strategy, the administration will execute accordingly. Until then, liquidity remains secured for the next 90 days. Deliberate. The Lightchain Custom DAO is fully operational on-chain, powered by the LCAI Governor, and is seamlessly synced with Tally. **Treasury & DAO Governance Update** We’re excited to share an important governance milestone for Lightchain AI. The remaining LCAI token supply is now held by the Treasury and fully controlled by the DAO. This means all future allocation, usage, and movements of these tokens are governed on-chain through DAO proposals and voting. Additionally, any holder with 140,000 LCAI or more can now submit proposals for DAO consideration via Tally tally.xyz/gov/lightchain… To support a stable launch phase, the Uniswap liquidity pool has been locked for 30 days. **Community Input Needed** We’re opening discussion and upcoming votes on several key items where community input is critical **AI Chat Subscription Pricing** What should the pricing tiers be for accessing the Lightchain AI chat? (How much should subscription access cost) **Liquidity Pool (LP) Token Strategy** After the lock period ends, where should LP tokens reside?
