@MyChudLife This may sound strange but I think centering The Boys around Homelander being the "main villain" kind of killed it. The early seasons kept in mind that Homelander was a symptom, hence why he was always kept in a secondary role as an antagonist.

Season 5 is pretty much a waste of time that virus shit goes nowhere, sages only purpose is to give kimiko the beam, soldier boy back in storage, v1 does nothing, this season could have been maybe 3 episodes
