I sent photos of my neck to my gp surgery on their new online form 2 days ago to desperately try to get someone to listen to me. Today, the thyroid scan letter came dated from then. The thyroid scan I'm sposed to wait another 6 weeks just to get the letter for

Being this ill has given me a lot of time to understand some things more deeply than I did before. Please dont push yourself past your limit to help others. Its not a good thing, its dangerous. Your body and mind will pay the price and it will be far higher than you might think.

I promise the people asking too much of you wont give a shit if you drop down dead, other than that they can use your death for sympathy and to manipulate others. They really are that cold and no, none of them change or understand.

And dont listen to 'you just need to push yourself/try harder' Or 'im proud of you' for going beyond your own limits. Its not good, its not kind, its not something to be proud of at all. You're hurting yourself and your body IS finite. As is your life.

I can drink a cup of water and pee it out within 10 minutes and as novel as it sounds, its really quite depressing now
