@esidery Go get Sam Cassell. Locker room credibility, a history of developing guards (see SGA), and a modern offensive approach. Billy would be a lazy hire, IMO.

The Magic’s top head coach target is Billy Donovan. While Orlando will make an aggressive push after firing Jamahl Mosley, Donovan could stall another week or two to see how the Knicks do in the next round. Orlando and New York appear to be Donovan’s preferred landing spots.

@YeeYeeAstronaut @OMagicHQ Thibs offense is perfect for us imo. He likes to create chances to drive and open up the lanes which work well for a Franz/Paolo team. Kerr is another name but his offensive scheme is set around back screens for open 3s or mid range pulls which imo is not the Magic's best

Let’s not forget that Mosley got the Magic out the mud and won us tough games these last couple of seasons with key players out for a long period of time. I’ve always said that I wanted to see what this team could do under Mosley for an ENTIRE season healthy but it was never gonna happen unfortunately. This doesn’t change the fact that Mosley is an amazing person off the court and I’m hoping for his success elsewhere 🫡
