Dragon Ball Z taught me that there is always another step to climb. Growing up, watching Goku constantly push beyond his limits inspired me to believe that strength isn't something you're born with it's something you continue striving toward. That idea found its way into Lily the Fierce Flower. While the world, characters, and story are completely original, the belief that anyone can keep growing through determination and perseverance became one of the core themes of the series. Thank you, Akira Toriyama, for creating a story that has inspired generations of creators and fans around the world. I hope one day Lily the Fierce Flower can encourage someone to keep chasing their own goals, just as Dragon Ball Z encouraged me.

Hajime no Ippo is the series that inspired me to start writing. It wasn't just the incredible fights it was the perseverance, rivalries, friendships, and the journey of becoming stronger that stayed with me long after I finished it. That inspiration led me to create Lily the Fierce Flower. While it's an original world with its own characters and story, the passion to create it came from the feelings Hajime no Ippo gave me. Thank you, George Morikawa, for creating a story that inspired me to create one of my own. I hope one day Lily the Fierce Flower can inspire someone else the way Hajime no Ippo inspired me.
