Limbus Fragile Updates

Ill pin this Ill be rating the Fragile application of Ids/Egos and rating them based on how good they are (LCCB Ishmael my beloved)

1 fragile on a S3 when the target sp is below 0 and with his already terrible sinking application. The only good thing I can say about him is that atleast it lasts an entire turn so you can stack. Overall 3/10.

Theres not really too much positive things to say about this id fragile wise, its a really bad sinking id but we're not here for that. His only application of fragile is on his S3 with a conditional... not too great.
