@Diagada_ @Limercury_ I tried payoneer and they limited my account (it wasn't new and was verified) and wouldn't let me move my funds after I made my first transaction. I had to go on the phone with them for 3 week straight before they finally let me empty my account before closing it.

I got banned from PayPal right after linking it to a Kofi acc I haven't used yet. I didn't get past picking a pfp. Guess I'm not doing comms.💀

I think some people have had negative experiences with VGen, but part of that is because many times they don’t really read how things are described, including the terms and conditions. In my case, I always make my delivery times clear, ranging from one to four weeks depending on what is chosen. It doesn’t actually take me that long — for example, if you request a fully rendered piece with a complex background, I won’t take four weeks to finish it. I just add extra time in case I get sick, have an accident, or some kind of emergency comes up. I’m a human being, and those things can happen. Even so, I’m someone who communicates very consistently because it’s really important to me that the person choosing me receives something they genuinely like. That’s why I often ask questions that come up while I’m drawing.

It’s wild what blows up on this app anymore ;-; but yeah vgen and artists have been a whirl wind for me lately. And it’s not even that the art is bad. It’s that there’s all these hidden fees, and the wait time is INSANE. It’s even worse when they don’t communicate at all.

I only have one character (although I’ve been thinking about creating a new one, but I’m still not sure). This character is more of an observer; while things happen, she watches them almost without intervening, and even when she does intervene, her gaze always remains fixed. I came up with her partly based on some dreams I had a few years ago, where that person never intervened in the dream, she only observed (in the dream she would just stare at me, almost as if she were breaking the fourth wall), and her gaze was almost unsettling.

I used them too and set the completion dates to one week, but I ended up finishing the commissions earlier. I know how long it usually takes me to finish a drawing, so I choose the timeframe based on that. I only add a few extra days in case something unexpected happens, nothing more. I usually try to finish before the deadline, and in general my clients end up satisfied.
