@RealPokemoki I kinda wanted astrolabe to be unbanned so people could just buy like 1-3 duals and be able to play legacy with a deck most likely a step above from the other no reserved list decks that I've seen recently.

Could we unban Astrolabe? On the one hand, it completely invalidated wasteland. Made the card stone unplayable. On the other hand you'll never guess what the most played nonbasic land of 2019 was

moxfield.com/decks/h6DdXPNQ… came up with this jund battlebox for in between rounds speed gameplay. Wanted something for 2 people to play casually. 16 land shared land pool, 3 card opener + regular gameplay after.

I just took massive psychic damage learning the arena limited champs is in 2027. Waiting for some future event causes me to feel a looming sense of impatience and avoidance to all current tasks until that big thing is over with.

I tried this list I saw from a nice arena user. couldn't possibly beat 2 spellementals decks but deck felt like it was quite solid against a lot of other things. Should I just run ghost vaccuum's and 3+ get lost? I don't have a great picture of the standard meta.

nice birthing ritual 3-0 trophy. Just play creatures and mana crypt and things will work out somehow.

mtgo should let me play all new sets or just anything with all old border.

I couldn't think of any good limited cards that would've defined my playstyle. Played more limited, but constructed informed my limited thoughts mostly. Now I basically only like green cards and decks with lots of basics.

This deck was kinda dope but unlikely to recreate it. very fast trophy at least

@kailun_irl I have this secret technique that I make oven baked cauliflower beforehand and pour the curry I've made on top to eat with rice. Prob my best japanese curry innovation.

made curry from those blocks today and it was so good and easy? can't believe i havent been doing this my whole life, instant staple in the dinner rotation

@sokos13_ I really overestimated myself when it came to this event, but always thought it was a bit of a casino. Seems like the limited champs event you really gotta dig in but it is a little short on time with all the variance involved.

it's really amusing how all this time everybody was bragging about their mastery in limited posting pics of countless boxes and 1700% winrates etc but suddenly realise bo1 is a casino where skill doesn't matter not in the least 👽 #MTGLimited #MTGA

New arena limited event emotionally defeated me. I think I like bo1 sealed with better payouts than bo1 draft needing a rather strong record twice. My hubris made me believe I could win on less runs than I thought. Maybe I could cash twice in a weekend but silly to think more.

Drafting with 17lands to try to refine my b01 limited feels a bit fucky to me start. A lot of the cards are close so I guess I have the ability to use my previously gained mtgo draft experience, but I wish I knew when 16 vs 17 lands was better for this arena draft.

I feel like there's a way to make this no reserved list, then your standard deck turns into a legacy deck. Also to make it more functional but I missed entering the challenge by a few seconds.

Something like this that's prob harder to hate out? I really only have 1 day to figure it out and maybe I overrate deceit + kavarro too much.

I kinda feel like speaker find myojin of night's reach and kavarro it with cavern of souls might just be better than playing the whole reanimator package. And then I can just use deceit and harvester of misery + fill out the rest with cards that are good.

Really late on the standard qualifier weekend prep. I tried out ub doomsday excruciator and felt like people can't beat the 6 drop namesake card, but the deck also felt clunky. I liked kavarro and the -2/-2 guy and deceit so then I thought about adding that to dimir tempo.
