@RobinPoedev People often say this Ganondorf is less violent and more reasonable, but this is the same one that had just obliterated Greatfish Island just to get a magic rock. This fact is often neglected in discussions when discussing his Windwaker characterization's "moral grayness".

The first of the two scenes establishing Ganondorf's character in WW is him looming over Tetra, peering into her dreams, and not understanding. She dreams of the ocean and he hates the ocean, thinks its worthless, its a "kids these days" speech. he sees her dreams as pathetic

@dkdolphino @RobinPoedev Only reason people think STR isn't baby-easy mode is because they never level Vigor until they hit the STR damage cap. Walking up to the final boss with capped melee damage and instantly turning into a fine mist when a gentle breeze rolls across the field.

The problem with discussing balance issues in the Souls series they definitely exists, but its not what anyone talk. no one will whine at you for playing Dark souls with the Great Scythe or Falchion. but your bloodline will be etched out of the history books if you use spells

@Drmishima @smashprosgg This kind of trade happens in every game with multi-hit attacks and a functional hitstun system, not just Melee. You'll find it in Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, KoF, Tekken, DBFZ, etc. Even games that use clash priority have trades. This is a normal function of fighting games.

@Drmishima @vibe_marth It trades because the arm reaches into the opponent's active hitbox with an initial weak hit that collides with their hurtbox on the same frame. When hit, all actions end. If a strong second hit doesn't connect before an action ends, only the first weak hit lands.

The Shadow Lands are better about it, but 80% of the "populated" areas in the Lands Between is purely military with very little space given to non-military populations from which such armies could be raised.
