I understand that, but the youth is the future of the game. Without seeing the county youth picture, we have no idea of how (un-)healthy it is. Lincs FA does so much for the youth game, it just seems a waste to have not even some key data.

We don’t report back to the National FA on youth numbers, hence no inclusion in the report. However I agree that it would be useful data.
Our focus last season was on improving adult behaviour in the youth game, which has summary data within the report. Hope this helps.

@LincolnshireFA Also on reading the report, there is NO mention of youth football, how many teams, numbers playing etc.
There is mention of youth voice, that is it.
This is poor and needs sorting. Youth football is the future and if you can't give adequate space in EOY report, then it's gone!

Police were called to an U10 football match after adults in the stand were involved in a large brawl. The shocking scenes of violence happened yards away from the pitch. The incident, which was recorded and widely circulated online yesterday happened at Boldmere St Michael's FC in Sutton Coldfield. The footage shows chaotic scenes of spectators in the stands in a large scale mele, whilst kids are removed from the scene by concerned adults. A statement from Boldmere St Michael's FC was uploaded to social media and reads as follows: "Today at Boldmere St Michael's FC there was an incident involving 2 U10 teams. Regrettably, this spilled into the stands and despite multiple Boldmere coaches trying to calm the situation, police intervention was required, Boldmere as a football club takes this situation very seriously and an internal disciplinary investigation has begun. The club will independently investigate, as well as cooperate fully, with any FA or police investigation. This behaviour will not be tolerated."
