@BarclaysUKHelp my son is 11 and needs to set up his first payee for transfers (me). With my eldest we had to attend a branch, which has since closed.. infact all local branches have (postcode ML7 4NX) can you advise what we do now?

@iD_Mobile_UK I am still having issues. I can only call out occasionally. People can only call me occasionally otherwise calls go straight to vm and I don’t get notifications of missed calls. Is the issue fixed? If so, how do I contact you directly to see if the issue is my sim or phone?

@iD_Mobile_UK What's happening with this? I've got two important calls to make and wait on hold for 45 mins just for it to cut off? Every time they phone me back its just silent.

@iD_Mobile_UK The fact you don't give compensation seems to lead to you not being in a rush to fix these issues. It's been happening all day, where is the solution? As a family we use 5 sims and these are needed for medical purposes. Once again left in limbo!

@jules1980 @iD_Mobile_UK 5 sims in the house. 2 down and 3 online. Thankfully the one in the broadband router isn't one of the two that are offline

@BarclaysUKHelp opened accounts for both my kids. Now need them to be able to transfer to me. Told they need to attend a branch. Only branch near me is digital! What now?

@JH_1986 @BarclaysUKHelp I use my Google pay with my barclays debit card both online and in store....

@BarclaysUKHelp At least I can still use Google pay, oh no wait I can't because Barclays don't support it. Now I can't even transfer my money to a better bank that will let me pay using one of the world's biggest mobile phone payment platforms

Oh dear. I’ve rather put my foot in it. In a column I wrote about Meghan, I made a clumsy reference to a scene in Game of Thrones and this has gone down badly with a great many people. I’m horrified to have caused so much hurt and I shall be more careful in future.

@jenb1187 @nlcpeople I'd say it's the exams that are the problem there. They are kids, but they can't enjoy being kids because they are already starting to feel the pressure of the adult world before they are mature enough to handle it.

@nlcpeople How is that fair? Is it any wonder kids get so anxious about exams, when there are off loads of days off during the school year.
