Key steps in British Gymnastics Programme got us active this morning with #GSSN

Our KS2 children had some special visitors yesterday. The BAE Systems Education Programme Roadshow - delivered in partnership with the RAF and the Royal Navy presented a fantastic interactive assembly all about Electricity! They certainly inspired some of our budding engineers.

KS2 were lucky to have an ex-pupil, Amreet, speak to them about her inspiring journey from Linden Primary to becoming a Lawyer. The children were intrigued and had some interesting questions.

This morning, year 3 have been working on their Stop Motion Movies, it’s been a lot of fun. We created our own stories, settings and characters and have filmed some amazing animations!

Remembrance Day

Well done to our KS2 choir who performed in a choir festival at Denmark Road High School today. We then had a very brave Year 6 pupil that performed a solo and was awarded a certificate for outstanding achievement. 👏🏻 He even made the judge cry with his emotive performance!

Year 5 held a very successful whole school summer fete today! After two weeks of preparation, they showcased their teamwork and creativity by running their activities for all children to take part in. We also had very special guests, the Mayor and Sherriff of Gloucester.

Year 4 visited Noah's Ark Zoo Farm where they learnt about different animals and their habitats. They were lucky enough to have a talk on elephants. Here are some of their recounts.
