Honest feedback: Docs are hard to find and confusing to keep track w/ a very inconsistent UI + search treatment compared to everything else in Linear. The most basic navigation around them is broken, which makes the *actual docs* (which work well btw) inaccessible and extremely hard to adopt despite my growing disdain for Notion. 1. Top level docs live under a Team as a top tab, inaccessible unless you go click into the team (takes you away from what you are doing) 2. You can move them to projects + initiatives, but projects don't have the same UI treatment at the top w/ a Documents tab, it goes under Resources (hard to see + browse multiples) 3. Moving it to a project adds the project as a category/group in top level Documents. But moving it to an initiative completely hides it unless you go to the initiative page, which, see #2.

You know a company is starting to lose the plot when they start publishing nonsense comparison pages. Who is juggling Linear, Jira, Rovo for AI, and Loom? 😂 (we still haven’t published a single comparison page)

@VIVEKRP Yes - it's $20 in credits per seat, pooled at the workspace. If you enabled GitHub Code Access by July 11, 2026, you should be eligible. Drop us a note at support@linear.app and we can check for you.

@linear Yep! When i type in customer names its really slow to search, and then sometimes i dont even have the option to create customer. Happy to hop on call and show as we do enjoy linear.

Linear pls fix the ctrl + r. Customer request feature. I waste so much tiem adding a customer. @linear

@colinarms @claudeai You'll need to turn off ambient mode for Claude Tag. This is the setting that lets Claude respond unprompted. With it off, Claude only responds when someone tags it and it won't act proactively.

Any way to restrict Claude Tag to only respond when actually tagged? I was surprised this behavior wasn't default? Fighting between @linear agent and @claudeai agent is a daily occurrence in Slack

@LuigiMdpDev We currently support choosing from Claude Opus 4.8, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Fable 5, and GPT-5.5 and GPT-5.4--default model is Claude Opus 4.8.

@linear is there a way to have Triage Intelligence kick off a Linear Agent coding session ? I enabled all the stuff but the agent says it still needs human input to continue :-( help

When it works it's fantastic but every week I have issues with the @linear MCP and @ChatGPTapp not sure where the issue is coming from but pretty frustrating to have to reauthenticate weekly

could i hop on a call with someone at @linear? i have so many questions about organizing our workspace. all our teams (eng, sales, marketing, design, ops, agent design) use linear differently and some of the workspace-only knobs conflict with what we want to do

@iamzakarea @zenithquinn If it's working in an Incognito browser, it would be worth clearing your application data to fix any stale session causing problems — if that doesn't resolve things, mind reaching out to support@linear.app and we'll investigate further?
