⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Nigel King has filed a civil lawsuit in Miami-Dade County against Stefon Diggs, Trevon Diggs, Darez Diggs, Vincent Anthony Franklin, Charlie "Chap" Jordan and John Does 1-10, alleging a coordinated campaign of defamation, intimidation and assault stemming from the 2024 theft of Stefon Diggs Ferrari. The complaint was filed on February 3, 2026, in the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida. According to the lawsuit, King worked as a concierge and consultant for Stefon Diggs, handling travel, vehicles, events and other personal logistics. King alleges he arranged to have Diggs' Ferrari transported from Miami to New York and then Houston in July 2024, where it was later stolen by third parties. The complaint states King was never charged, cited or identified as a suspectin the theft. Despite that, King alleges Stefon Diggs later began telling people during Art Basel 2024 that King had stolen the Ferrari. The complaint claims Diggs later admitted in a text message that he told at least one person that "Nigel stole the car," despite allegedly knowing the vehicle had actually been stolen by others. King alleges those statements devastated his concierge business by causing clients and referrals to disappear. The lawsuit also describes what King characterizes as an escalating pattern of confrontations involving people allegedly connected to Diggs. Among the allegations👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 • Darez Diggs allegedly confronted King in Houston in October 2024 over a family dispute. • Charlie "Chap" Jordan allegedly confronted King during a business dinner in Miami in March 2025 and allegedly threatened to "resolve it." • Vincent Anthony Franklin allegedly came to King's home in May 2025 attempting to recover gifts Stefon Diggs had previously given him. The complaint alleges the dispute culminated during the early morning hours of December 4, 2025, inside Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami. King claims Charlie "Chap" Jordan suddenly punched him in the face before a larger physical altercation followed involving Franklin. According to the complaint, Darez Diggs allegedly stated during or immediately after the incident that there was "no problem" with King's companion and that "the problem was only with Plaintiff," while Trevon Diggs allegedly witnessed the incident without intervening. King alleges surveillance footage and witness testimony will corroborate the incident.
