3 Year health fitness journey in the books!!! Wow. Thank you God! Here's my personal recap so far. Sept 2022-Oct 2025. ⚡️20 miles per week, ⚡️4 days each week ⚡️100% "intentional calisthenics" ⚡️free weights added this year! ⚡️ added pull-ups this year. ⚡️Clean organic food! That's it!! Didn't go at all for the look, but I guess the results of micro consistency do show. It only really showed for me at 43 about 5 months ago. Dont give up ever! Took me 2-1/2 years to see the body change for me. But I wasn't even going for that. Just wanted to stay moving and healthy.
