CN players argued that not announcing a 6th LI beforehand was a breach of consumer rights even though the "Coming Soon" label has been on the LI selection page. Could the same argument apply to Valko? They announced his debut and then suddenly decided to cancel him entirely.

Nadie va a tener la historia principal y el contenido faltante....

@sirenslies 你似乎忘记了一件事，中国玩家拒绝他除了觉得他长得丑，还有很大一部分原因是他会占用本就不足的产能，看看那几百天没更新的故事线和战斗轨道。只上架国际服意味着他们依然需要制作Valko的卡，所以这绝对不可能

they should just add valko to the other servers and not the cn server they don't want him but the rest of us do it's unfair

If they wanted to be loud about how badly they wanted him gone, then we will just have to be louder about how badly we want him back.
