Appriciate you worrying about me, but I am happy here! But I understand the concern, when I used to look at Social Media frequently I would see headlines or discussions of stressful news constantly, and I really started to believe that everything was just turning to shit. But one day I sat down and thought of every bad news article I had read in the last year, and asked myself, Am I noticing these in my day to day life? And if so, how impactful is it really? Was it as bad as people were saying it would be? And 90% of the time, it wasnt. So these days I mostly stay off social media, I try and focus more on local news and events, I live a more simple life with my wife and I have never been happier. I really hope more people are able to break the buble of social media like I have been over the past 1-2 years. TLDR: I finally touched grass.
