@AustinJohnPlays Eventuelly we are getting something, just not now, more like In the near Future, in Summer, like Nintendo always did with Zelda Anniversaries in the Past.

Sooooo are we just not getting anything for Zelda 40? No new game? Remake? No NSO adds? No Zelda movie trailer? No prop from the game? No collab with Sam Ash to sell an Ocarina? Nothing?

@NintyPrime I honestly expect them to maybe give it a small mention in the Nintendo Today app at most and reveal Zelda 40th anniversary logo for that they show, but that’s probably it. I would be really cool if they do aZelda Direct out of nowhere this week..but I don’t really believe it.

This week is The Legend of Zelda's 40th anniversary week. I do not expect Nintendo to say anything or even acknowledge it, beyond maybe something really minor via Nintendo Today at best. In the past, every single mention of Zelda's anniversaries by Nintendo happened in June or September. This is because Mario's anniversary stuff always spills over into this time, as it is doing again this year.

@Lintendo_7 but what if they did a double pack HD remasters collection of a link between worlds & triforce heroes that could be cool also that's one of my hopes that nintendo do a zelda HD remasters ALBTW & TFH collection like they did for both mario galaxy games last year.

Tri force heroes will be in the Nintendo Direct next month. Nintendo plans to release a version for Switch and Switch 2, with Switch 2 having Game Chat as a feature when playing with others. The next Zelda game will also be similar to Age of Imprisonment where you can change characters. (as stated in the rumor and mentioned by E.A. (the man not the company lol) - Not a leaker.

It’s not just the Switch 2, so much of gaming discourse now is finger pointing claiming other people are “ruining gaming” for liking or buying certain titles People act like every purchase is some moral statement now

@TheNCSmaster I work at a video game shop, and every now and then I have to listen to customers rant about how “evil” Nintendo supposedly is and how “anti-consumer” they’ve become with the Switch 2. Things like, “Nintendo will brick your console!”, “Their game cards are trash!”....
