@virginmedia you need to look at your automated system. Loads of us have had emails saying we are in arrears when we are not. That's extremely distressing for people. Maybe worth sorting it out and apologising. ☺️

I have @virginmedia broadband. My son has an O2 phone that I top up. The app won’t let me top up the phone until I merge the accounts. If I merge the accounts my son will have to tell me the security numbers you text me EVERY FIVE SECONDS when I try and top him up! Ahhh!!!
