A degree of ‘instability’ is a necessary virtue of democratic politics; it produces the conditions necessary for revitalised political agency, said @LipinRam and D.Jenkins. I would call it 'uncertainty'. Alternation does not need to produce instability by default.

An important victory. Not simply because it was against the odds of Kerala's (in)famous anti incumbency factor. In the age of the pandemic, the Kerala government showed the world a model of governance that was pro-people and anti-austerity @AHDCentre . ndtv.com/kerala-news/ke…
