Now that's an interesting discussion. @anusiagillespie's essay in @Legal_Ev discusses whether there should be a formal duty of #lawyers to innovate based in the US model rules for attorneys. How about other countries? How do we bring the much needed #innovation in #law?

@FatimahAbbouchi We fully agree. Probably industries and specific traditions of working might need their own translations of how to do it or some slight modifications or additions to make it work smoothly.

Can #legal functions work in an #agile manner? Yes, they can. Although some exchange and insight might do good to get started. That's why we are now hosting a monthly roundtable for agile legal work.

By the way: The roundtable is open for all members. Anf, if you are not part of the Liquid Legal Institute (yet), please feel free to reach out, we intend to invite guests to one or two sessions.
