Michael Salina made his pro debut Friday. He touched 99 MPH on his fastball 14 months after Tommy John surgery and got up to 20 inches of induced vertical break on the pitch multiple times (avg 18”). Mixed in 84-87 MPH sliders. Sat 96-97 later in the outing as he ramped up.

Back to back pitching Gems for the Bruins. This time from ‘27 @Maxsheehan2027 with his first varsity complete game shutout! Max was dominant with 9k over 7 innings allowing only 2 hits along with his 2 for 4 night offensively including a HR blast

Recorded the 3rd highest exit velocity and 3rd highest infield velocity in all of New York State. I’m truly grateful for the recognition and the opportunity to compete at a high level. Posted a 102.1 exit velocity at my PBR showcase in February (not a personal best), along with an 87 mph infield velocity. I also had the 2nd highest average distance (306 ft) and the 3rd highest max distance (385+ ft) throughout the whole state.
