I really do think the fact you can manually block enemy attacks with a button press in the new merc assualt mode is a hit to future gameplay in Xenoblade Genesis! Maybe it will include a parry feature and more of a warriors type of gameplay

I don't think there will ever be a turn based combat system as good as Press Turn. Atlus created both the most dopamine filling and fear inducing battle system the JRPG genre will ever see

i was honestly right a couple of months ago, i think arm based gaming devices are going to revolutionize the industry and we will be getting smaller, more powerful handhelds that are actually portable, unlike steam deck. Steam deck isnt that portable just because of how big it is.
