We are being gaslit as Canadians 🇨🇦 PROVE IT. This is the quiet erosion of democracy. Your constituents voted, and now some say they want you to be a liberal so you switch parties? Prove it, by having a bi-election. There’s a reason you’re not, we already know the success rates of MPs who cross the floor, do not do well in the following election. I don’t care what political team you’re on, the government is seeking to become a majority through undemocratic means, and it is unjust. Democracy isn’t just a vote every 4 years. It’s found in referendums, town halls, and adapting to feedback by constituents. Over 5 MP’s have crossed the floor and each time citizens react with dismay. Yet the government has continued without humility, without apology, and without change to the approach. This is an insult to the democratic process.

Any conservative who doesn't see the subtle but strong charisma Carney has is deluded. Natural ease around people without forced cheer and fake friendliness. Just seems to naturally like the energy of a crowd. He is very hard to beat

🚨🚨This is an important message. This is all being done for a reason, it's to exhaust you and get you to disengage. Do not take the bait. The Liberals have had a practical majority since 2019 with the NDP and the Bloc. They can pass any legislation they want at any time, they don't need the floor crossers. They're doing this to discourage you so severely you stop trying, allowing them to rule for another 10 years. Many conservatives will help them by giving up and encouraging others to give up too. This is why the Liberals are trying so hard to get floor crossers, it is wildly demoralizing. It's not about a majority it's about demoralizing their opposition. And it's working on many in our community. Don't let them do it. Stay the course, stay united, keep fighting. If it were Harper or Scheer, the Liberals and the media would do be doing exactly the same thing. If anything, we should be intensifying our effort not taking our toys and going home. Are you the kind of person that can keep fighting or do you quit when it gets too difficult?

Here’s my question: If the Liberals actually wanted to make life better for Canadians, why hasn’t it happened? They’ve had the time. They’ve had the power. They’ve had the connections. And yet people are still falling behind. That’s not a system problem. That’s a leadership problem.
