It's been fun doing some "Scott Slant" sports fill-in on KTVB the past five weeks! New sports director Jordan Smith goes on the air Monday, so I have tonight, Friday and Sunday to go. (But Bronco Roundup GameDay and Sunday Sports Extra will still be callin' my name...)

A personal update: My time in Spokane has come to a close. Today marked the final day of my 3 year contract - it’s been filled with thrills, challenges, ups, downs, and the best people you could imagine. I’ve had a blast anchoring the weekends and sharing the stories within the Inland NW. I’m sad to say goodbye. But I’m excited for what’s ahead. I’ve accepted a job to be the Sports Director for @KTVB in my hometown of Boise! I’ll be covering everything @BroncoSports and local stories within the Treasure Valley. It’s a huge change of pace, but I’m fired up to get started. For the first time in a decade, I’m coming back home to stay. Thanks for everything Spokane. See you on TV 📺
