Great community event in Stoneybatter this evening organised by @marie_sherlock to deal with issues relating to how we address the increase of violence and crime in the north inner city. Great to see the turnout from the community and looking at community led responses to issues

Increasing the Local Property Tax primarily raises revenue from the highest income households. The figure below shows that nationally, about a quarter of the revenue from abolishing the 15% rebate would come from the highest income tenth, and just a third from the bottom half.
