@GreggsOfficial This seems crazy when you clearly stock milk for hot drinks. Could you add the option in future? I wasn’t asking for a freebie, I would think charging a £1 for a cup of milk would be within the capabilities of @GreggsOfficial and your staff

@LisaFitzLom We're afraid this isn't offered as a product in our shops Lisa. Our shop teams are not able to put it through as an option on the till meaning it can't be accounted for in a stock take. Sorry you're disappointed.
