@aliceseba I can attest that senile humans are very similar and also hilariously exhausting & endearing at times (but often just exhausting). I say this as a carer of my mum with dementia who (at 11:49 pm) can’t believe she has to go to bed AGAIN (“I have to go to bed EVERY NIGHT?!”) 🙄

@jennyeye @custard71 This is me too! I play board games all the time with my niece but she has to remind me of the rules/aims every time! And don’t get me started on card games 😬

@custard71 I’m 44 and I can never remember how to play card or board games. I have to be retaught every time. I also can’t listen to directions

@G_Shenanigans_ Absolutely! Loads of travel, cinema, seminars, concerts, restaurants, evening classes… I enjoy my own company & don’t feel “less” for being on own amongst strangers. My advice: if you want to do something, don’t wait for someone who will do it with you or it might never happen!

Have you ever been to the cinema alone? Restaurants, gigs, cinema, even a music festival. I've done all those things alone. I'm of the mindset that if there's something you want to do, do it. What do you think?

Just put on #ShopSmartSaveMoney on Channel5 & essentially their advice is buy £20 gadgets (plastic & probably produced & shipped from China) to wash your hands & clean makeup brushes! So, save money as long as you have cash to buy #unsustainable products! Instant turnoff 🤯
