@LisaJBryant Affinity manifestly does not have a strong quality focus. To the extent that it focuses on quality, it is about getting "Working" to "Meeting". It does not appear to be focused on investing in "Meeting" services to achieve "Exceeding"; in fact, the evidence suggests the opposite.

@LisaJBryant You might be interested to know that ACECQA publishes previous ratings alongside the current ratings of services. Affinity has 146 services, 93 of which have now been rated twice. Of these 93, 47% maintained the same rating, 32% went up and 20% went down.

If G8 is having such a rough time of it you have to wonder how Affinity is going in PE hands. I'm guessing Not Good. #ozearlyed

Trivia: Vocation and Affinity both listed on the stock exchange on 9 Dec 2013. Neither company will make it much past their 2nd anniversary.

Wonder how Anchorage, former owner of Dick Smith, is travelling with its Affinity childcare centres. Hope they modelled the ratio changes...

A short trip down memory lane this morning as we begin the farewells to Affinity: Part of my letter to ASIC 18/11/13
