Beginning tomorrow, HPD officers will be stepping up enforcement of the statewide stay-at-home emergency order. As of today, HPD officers have issued 4,660 warnings and 353 citations for emergency law violations. The penalty is up to a $5,000 fine and/or one-year imprisonment.
