Question: Is being informed about a purchase a consumer right or a consumer obligation?

@LisaLooksAt They are saying they will sell. They have asked for three payments and now asking for a fourth payment.
They say these payments are for Mexico taxes, SAT.
Not sure if we have been scammed.
I am asking for proof from them that SAT (equivalent to IRS) have received money.

Anyone who knows me knows I don’t like/use absolutes. However, in this case let me be perfectly clear: No one who is legitimate will EVER cold call you and tell you they want to buy your #timeshare.

Santos lied about his education. He lied about his career. He lied about his religion and family background. It seems reasonable to suspect he's lying about how he became suddenly wealthy

Salespeople who sell #timeshare as an investment should be fired in my opinion. Consumers who purchase a #timeshare as an investment should get a smack on the head. Also in my opinion.

There’s a FB page dedicated to ‘#timeshare cancellation information’ and while that’s sad on its merits, I have to say it’s absolutely hysterical reading the scam companies going after each other. Remember that a #timeshare is governed by one, or more, legal contracts.
