NEW: One of our drivers has a reported a possible issue with the track between Haymarket and Edinburgh Park stations, staff are on the way to investigate. Until they're finished, trains will run at a lower speed between these stations. ^Angus

@ScotRail I see. Will the 2031 train run then, or are we all going to enjoy the delights of Bathgate for most of this evening?

@LisaR_C It's because there's engineers checking the line and they need fewer trains running so that they can do this safely. ^Angus

@ScotRail Trains from Glasgow Queen at to Edinburgh Waverley cancelled, advised to go via Bathgate/Airdrie, but the driver has just announced the train will terminate at Bathgate. Great news. Will there be replacement bus services?

UPDATE: We're still seeing delays due to this, it's affecting all routes through Edinburgh Park - that's Edinburgh to Dunblane, Edinburgh to Glasgow Queen St via Falkirk and Edinburgh to Helensburgh via Bathgate. ^Angus
