@JennyLynnBrdar 3) Pray the Psalms out loud. So many painful nights that I was awake, full of tears and self pity, with thoughts of self harm, with the endless cycle of it’s not worth it to keep going, I turned on my light, and prayed the psalms out load. It really helped.

Feeling painfully alone today and just tired of this grind and this depression. I'm less than a month from turning 46 and I'm less than five years away from being the same age my dad was when he died. I'm not sure I really want to live a long life to 75-80 or so.
